This Caramel Potato Chip Fudge Recipe is absolutely decadent! It’s my new faorite fudge flavor (and I have made a lot of fudge). The caremel is so sweet and tasty and the chips adds a wonderful salty level to it. When cooled the chips still have a great crunch (I used Ruffles with Sea Salt for my recipe). The caramel in the fudge is so creamy! The kids absolutely loved it!

Potato chips in chocolate is amazing, so I would guess it would taste pretty yummy in fudge, too.

Pinning this recipe for future use in case I get creative!
