This Caramel Potato Chip Fudge Recipe is absolutely decadent! It’s my new faorite fudge flavor (and I have made a lot of fudge). The caremel is so sweet and tasty and the chips adds a wonderful salty level to it. When cooled the chips still have a great crunch (I used Ruffles with Sea Salt for my recipe). The caramel in the fudge is so creamy! The kids absolutely loved it!
