Fall is right around the corner and corn mazes and gourds are a fun way to have some fun learning about the change in seasons. We found this cute little gourd and decided it was time to have a little run with gourds and make this spectacular duck display for little Charlee Ann to play with.
The gourd had a very bumpy feeling while the eggs were more smooth and cold. We used real eggs for this activity and she thought that was pretty cool. The added colored rice really make it a fun activity to play with. It was so simple but she really dug into it and ended up sitting at the table for a couple hours and that is fabulous for a three year old!!
