**Please Note** As always with any Essential Oils you should consult your Doctor before use, especially with children. One of my readers pointed out that Thieves can be harmful for children so always check with your physician to know at what age you can begin using it. Also when ingesting it has been said that it may be harmful if not used with a carrier oil. I drink it in my tea and have never had a problem and I know some are sure it should be used with a carrier oil in a capsule or not ingested at all. Please make sure you do your own research yourself on anything that is used in or on your own body and make your own decisions. On that note below is what has worked for me and my family.

Thieves Essential Oil is staple in our household and one of my favorites. Thieves is well known for it’s cleansing abilities and it’s highly effective in supporting the immune system and over all good health. Now I am not sure if that is fact but that is what I have read and I have had great luck by deffusing my Thieves Essential Oil with my Young Living Diffuser** to help with my asthma. Now I don’t use it to replace my asthma medication but I have notice a HUGE deference in the amount of times that I need my rescue inhaler and that means a lot to me.

**If you don’t have a Young Living Rep. near you they do sell other Essential Oil Diffusers on Amazon here.

****UPDATE****

As you all know, I work in a daycare and that means I have a lot of colds. For the last year I have had 7 colds and each and every time I end up on antibiotics and steroids to get over it. I started coming down with a cold and began diffusing Thieves and for the first time in forever I have made it through the cold….. actually it was very short lived and DID NOT need antibiotics or steroids. This to me is priceless!!
